Job Description
· Carry out maintenance and repair work on buildings;
·
Perform preventive maintenance on rolling stock;
·
Participate in snow removal around buildings;
·
Occasionally, perform shed maintenance tasks;
·
Carry out all types of carpentry, plumbing,
painting, welding and electrical work;
·
All other related tasks.
Qualifications
· Good experience in industrial building maintenance;
·
Knowledge of compressor maintenance, glycol heating
systems, natural gas and ventilation evacuators;
·
Experience in welding and electricity an asset;
·
Good team spirit;
·
Good physical condition;
